NEWSLETTER SIGNUP FORM
Most newsletter providers offer three different types of forms to collect emails:

• Popups – These show up as small windows on your website, usually triggered by actions like scrolling or clicking.
• Embedded Forms – These are placed directly on your website, like in the middle of a blog post or at the bottom of a page.
• Standalone Pages – These are full web pages with their own link, separate from your site.

For all websites, we recommend creating an Embedded form—it shows directly on your site and keeps everything seamless. A Popup form can be a great backup option, but we don’t usually recommend using one on its own because some browsers block popups. If you have both, visitors will still see the embedded form even if their browser blocks the popup.
