Watch the video walkthrough to learn how you can add, edit, or remove a hyperlink in the text box on your website. (For a screenshot walkthrough, scroll below the video.)

Add a Link:

You can add a link into the text box on any page of your site. Here's how:

First, place your cursor in the space where you want to insert a link.

From the menu, select Insert. A dropdown menu will appear. Click on Link.

A dialog box will appear in the middle of your screen. Paste the URL you want to link to in the URL field.

The Text to display field will auto-fill with the URL that you added in the URL field.

You can change the text that will display by simply typing new text into that field.

Click Save in the dialog box. Your dialog box will close, and the link will then appear in the text box where you had originally placed your cursor.

At this point, the changes will appear in the Preview screen.

To publish the change to your site, be sure to click the blue Save button at the bottom of the editor sidebar. Your changes will not be published to your live site until you save.

The link will be live on your published site!

Edit or Remove a Link:

To edit or remove a link in a text box, you'll first want to highlight the text with your mouse. Then right click. A mini menu will appear.

To remove the link, you can just click Remove link

To edit the link, click Link. Your link dialog box will open and you can edit any of the fields to alter the text or URL. After you've made your change, click Save.

Similar to adding a link, your updates will show in the Preview screen on your right, but they will not be published to your live site until you click the blue Save button at the bottom of the editor.

The changes will be published to your live site!
