There are two main methods for altering the size of an image in a text editor.

Learn how to add images in the text editor.

Method 1: Drag to Resize

Click on the image you want to resize. When selected, the image will appear with a blue box around it.

You can select one of the four corners and drag to resize the image directly within the editor.

Method 2: Type the Pixel Size

If you know the specific width or height in pixels that you'd like your image to appear as, you can easily type it in.

First, click on the image you want to resize. When selected, the image will appear with a blue box around it.

Right click on the to bring up the image editing options.

The image dialog box will appear. It will automatically show the General screen.

On this screen, you'll see the Width and Height are automatically filled in with the current image dimensions. These measurements are pixels.

You can type a new size into either the width or height fields and the opposite field will automatically adjust to retain the original ratio of the image.

Click Save

The dialog box will close, and your image will appear at the new size.

After your image is the size you want, click the blue Save button to publish the image to your website.

A dialog box will popup at the top of the page, asking you to briefly describe the changes you've made. Type in your note and click OK.
